this is for all the young boy builders out there..my name is emrah and i am 17 years old right now. I started lifting weights in my freshmen year of high school when i was 15 and i was just lifting light for fun not for serious results. Then after i turne 16 in my sophmore year i got serious into lifting so i started lifting heavy then in my junior year i stared lookin at all the huge bulky guys mixing some shit in thier bottles so i asked around and i started to read about different supplements so after a wehile i started taking creatin. I took that for a month then stopped and i notced that my strength had increased ay more then my weight so then the next month i decided 2 try whey protien and after a month of that i noticed a hugh increase in my weght and my chest n shoulders were getting bulkier..So that is what happend to me and thats what i recommend for the young builders out their who are thinking about using the supplements..Creatine for 1 month then protien for another an thats what worked best for me..

well… i’m sorry to say but i believe the person above me is mistaken… You should use a Protein supplement such as muscle milk, or whey protein while your taking creatine, creatine makes you able to lift more during your workout and have more energy, protein supplements help you put on more size, hence making you have more strength and more size at the same time.

Dudes i dont recommend creatine. when i first started working out at the age of 16 i didnt take anything i just ate before and after my workout. Believe me i saw results and i went up in weight so much that people thought i was on steriods and frankly they still do. I recommend that you hit the gym and hit it hard all it take is hard devotion and a strong mind, the rest comes naturally without the need of supplements. ohhh and vary your workouts for example chest and arms one day, back and shoulders the next and so on.

what is the best creatine to take if looking to gain size and strength without much water retention? eg monohydrate, citrate, ehtyl-ester, malate etc. ?
and is it better in powder or pill form?
